feel good
Okay I have been tracking my food and exercise for one week on slim buddies. I have lost 5 lbs. (a lot I know but it is probably a lot of water weight.) What I am noticing most is that I am feeling so much better. I have had tendonitis in my left ankle so that it hurt to walk. I bought a bike and have been riding for 30 min. a day. I have been eating healthy foods, fruits and vegetables. I love summer because there are such good fruits and fresh vegetables available. The summer evenings are long and gives me lots of time to get outside and move. I usually feel much healthier and better in the summer. I feel like I am on the right track again. My dilema….How can I keep this momentum up through the school year… I do okay in summer because all my time is my own, one of the perks of teaching.
